Yet you can find it lying around any neighbourhood where is washes off lawns and is carried untreated, directly to the nearest water body via the storm sewer. Pet owners can build and bury a pet waste composter below ground level, where the waste and harmful pathogens can completely break down in a contained area. Composter materials will be available for purchase at a nominal fee or you may bring your own.
